Perhaps you are perceiving a tone that is not there. I'm not sure. The questions asked were not rude, they are necessary pieces of information that would ensure a correct and informed answer for the sake of the pup.

| Hello and welcome to YT! Tell us more about your momma to be. There are very experienced breeders on this site that will be willing to help answer your questions if you stick with us. Yorkiemom1 here in Houston is one of them.

There are Yorkie Talk RUles and GUidelines located in our library that addresses styles of posting, and what is asked of us as members. Brush up on that one. I know I need to at times as well. Through long experience here many members (old timers) if you will, moderators and administrators, really dissuade us from commenting upon how one or more members answered or didn't as the case may be a question asked. If a post is bothering you, you can report that post by clicking on the Icon at the bottom of the post. The moderator will review that post and if it breaks YT rules will take appropriate action I noticed that you were a long time breeder of Daschunds. How exciting to have another experienced breeder around. Welcome to YT

Welcome to YorkieTalk. Please listen to the member (Gail) quoted above. She is a very experienced show breeder and KNOWS her stuff. Your little one is still a growing young adult herself and it would be prudent to work closely with a vet/experienced breeder who is familiar with small dogs in general, Yorkies in particular. | ||

| Are you thinking that was me? I live in Mulberry Fl. I was not stirring any pot. If you read back I was told how I felt was not the issue. I agree but I was replying to the previous post above me. I would be happy to give you my phone number if you want to compare to the Dawn your taking about. Also we have lived here over 30yrs. Thank you to the people welcoming me. I have not posted much but sometimes I just have to post. Not trying to be rude or start trouble but I took a couple posts are rude towards me. If not meant that way then that's fine I am over it. |

No one was trying to be rude to you, honestly. Our first concern is the health and welfare of the pup, not excitement. You and a former banned member have many similarities, doxies, UK, Florida, names etc., its not unusual for people to reappear. The similarities are very very...well...similar. Obviously you know admin would "know" by IP etc. I'm going to assume we are wrong and be the first to apologize. You will get use to the different sytles of posting and how each person's opinion, even when we don't like it, is welcomed here. Try not to read too much in to it or perceive a tone...although we all tend to do that from time to time...it can get the best of you. Take care.

| Ivnzy420 I am sorry if I took it wrong. Yes am sure they can track my ip number and that's fine hope they do to clear that up. My name is Dawn Arnold you can look me up on facebook and see my dogs. I retired from breeding about 2yrs ago. I do have 3 old dachshunds and 2 yorkies non breeding. My website is still up I think if you want to look. I cant change anything on it as its not active. Please ignor my previous comments to you . I am also 67 yrs old and we are retired airforce I am from N. Ireland and came here in 1969. Hope that helps clear up the other person. I don't know her as I did not really bother with back yard breeders if that's what she was. |

It is so funny! Really, you both bred Doxi's you both stopped breeding at the same time, you both have the UK, you both have Florida, you both have Dawn, omg...you even have the same style of pm's and posts! Well except for the reallll reallll nastiness, you couldn't outdue her (I hope)You definitely don't want to know her! Too funny and yet another lesson learned, I do hope you can see why we would have thought that, I've deleted your pm's and forgotten them! (including the last two) .......anyway, welcome to YT and stick around, we can always use another good member.....!!

| Thank you and I will stick around. Yes I can see its funny but I really never heard of her. I promise I will think before I post and no will not be like I gather she was. Some back yard breeders think they know it all but really know very little. I started out with more pet type dachies but then got into all proper type that some I did finish to their championship. But I just loved them all. I got my yorkies from my sister Deirdre in SC she shows them but I wanted just cuddly pets. She is Emerald Isle Yorkies if anyone wants to look. Thanks again Iynzy420 |

| She is referring to tinies she did state the AKC standard does not refer to yorkies as teacup or tinies but as up to 7 lbs. I can tell you she breeds them only if 4 lbs not smaller and it depends on your lines and if you know whats behind them. Also depends on the pelvic area not just the weight. She has never had a c/section. Also her friend who has all show yorkies and champions is the person that taught her. I don't know anything about Yorkie breeding but I can tell you I had many more C/sections in dachshunds. Not always tinys either its just something that seems to be more common in dachshunds than some breeds. In my c/sections I rarely last a puppy and never a mother. I was right there with them and knew when to head to the vet. Last edited by Dawn Arnold; 07-01-2014 at 07:38 PM. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Due to the content in this thread, Dawn asked to confirm she isn't another previously banned member and yes, I can confirm this.
