| ![]() Good going......So, many things you need to watch for when whelping a litter and since your new and don't have someone experienced with you....your very best person to turn to is your vet.

| ![]() Sending lots of prayers your way. Cow's milk is not good for them so I would stay away from that. Let us know what the vet said. Just don't want to see problems that can turn into a disaster. |

| ![]() Did the vet want to look at her today?? When is her due date??? Why would he do a c-section tomorrow?? We had to have a c-section done but Bella was just too little and she should not have been breed at all. Is she going to be spayed as well?? Hope and pray that all goes well. How is she doing now??? How are you doing?? Hang in there and try to stay calm around her. Keep the environment quiet and stress free. If you have other pets, keep them away from her if that means you have to put them or her in a different room with the door closed. Keep us updated. |

If she's having contractions she is IN LABOR and needs to be seen right away. Praying all goes well for this little mom and her puppies.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | ![]() I assumed she had seen the vet. Does the vet know the contractions started yesterday?

Did you take her into the vet, did the vet listen for heartbeats, were x-rays taken. A pup maybe stuck or too big for her too pass, therefore if a c-section is not peformed now, this pup as well as the others behind it will sufficate. Not only will this happen, but an infection can be caused to your girl and taking her life too.
