Who cares if you saw it with your own eyes or not. If they are advertising all those dogs and MIXED dogs they are no good. You are lucky if your dog isn't sick yet. If you think breeding all those dogs is good and dandy well then I am going to not say anything because I don't want to get in trouble!

| I don't have to see anything as I have the ability to read all the complaints that were issued.

can you read? apparently you can since you are here on the forum..maybe you missed that post..hit your back button and read..we'll wait........ if there are THAT MANY Complaints filed against them..i would tend to think something aint quite right... its always hard to admit you might have been wrong in something..but admitting it, is the first step so step one... i probably bought my puppy from a nasty puppy mill... step two... research puppy mills.. Step three..

OK...how about the USDA who has filed their very poor findings? I'm sure you can't argue that the word of professional, government officials deserves more accredidation than the "word" of a random, stranger on the internet? Or how about the word of these people? | Beware of the troll. It still seems strange to me that a newbie comes on here and the first post she makes is to rave about a puppy mill and what a great "morkie" she got from them. Reputable breeders do not breed "MORKIES". |

| I typed in Morkie and I kid you not this little guy literally popped out at me and his name was Blake. Starmye referred to him as Mr. Blake Man. That was the name of our son who passed away 8 1/2 years ago and we also referred to him as Mr. Blake Man. Can you say SIGN!!! I had already decided that when I called her and he had been sold, we would have remained puppyless. There was no other puppy out there for us at this time. Had I read those reviews I would have second guessed myself into eternity and like I said probably wouldn't have gotten him. Another SIGN that I didn't google Starmye and I am so glad I didn't because he is absolutely perfect.[/QUOTE] I am sorry to hear about your son passing away. I am happy that you found this little pup and it very may well have been a sign who am I to think other wise. I pray that your baby pup will be healthy and happy in his new home. This is a good place to get advice and I too will look for advice without posting too much. I would love to see pics of him. If this place that you got him from has this many complaints then something is wrong but that dose not mean that your little boy will not turn out to be very health and well adjusted. |

| Starmye Halpin I purchased an AKC registered "Yorkie puppy" from PurebredBreeders. com this past July. I purchased a female with hopes of breeding her with the male that I also purchased frm the same site, different owners from different states. We searched for a suitable female and found a few to choose from. When we called the customer line to select our female, the gentleman said that he knew this particular breeder and would call her to get the specs on the pup. After speaking to her, he said that she recomended another pup instead of the one we selected. We looked over her selection and since we want to breed her at least 1 time, we took her recomendation. Her description says that her dad's weight - 3-3 1/2 lbs mom's weight- 5-6 lbs We were also told that as of the timeof our call, this pup weighes 1lb 13oz and her weight will be around 3-4 lbs. This info was given to us on 7/26/2009, the day that we purchased her for $1534.00. She arrived to us on 7/30/2009 at 12:45pm via air. We got our male 7/28/2009. As our puppies began to grow we started seeing a difference between the two. Her snout is much longer than his and she is a much bigger dog, not the 3-4 lbs that we had been told. While on a cruise this month we met a professional breed judge. When showing her the pictures of our puppies, she told me that she was bigger because she is a Silky. This explained o me the reason the two looked different from each other. Now comes the kicker...For those of you who want to defend this so called "Breeder".... We receive a letter from AKC stating.."A parentage verification analysis of AKC DNA Certifications was conducted on a dog in your dog's pedigree/lineage. The DNA results indicate that this dog could not be the offspring of the parents to which it is registered. Because your dog is a direct descendent of a dog in the litter with incorrect parentage, the registration of your dog and its offspring have been put on referal. This means that AKC services will not be provided if the dog's in this litter are bred, sold,or transfered, and awards will not be recorded if these dogs participate in any AKC sanctioned or licensed events." I have turned this matter over to the brokerage company that I purchased the dog through. As soon as I hear back, I will post again. |

| Not exactly mam...I was stating the weight I was told her to be as an adult. And that the breeder selected this female as a mate to the male that I purchased from another. Please read clearly and not between the lines! Last edited by sherridehner; 02-13-2010 at 01:20 PM. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Hmmm....you wanted to breed a female that was under 4 lbs, and was shipped to you at under 2 lbs? Even the slightest amount of research beforehand and you would have found enough information to make any one with sense run from this breeder. Hopefully you also would have learned about the dangers of breeding a tiny female and a proper way to begin breeding. Thank you for reporting her. Hopefully the innocent dogs won't suffer anymore for the greed and ignorance.

Will someone please tell me where I said I want to breed a 3-4 lb dog...I stated that this is what her add said...and what the breeder told the "Broker" for lack of a better term, and what was told to me. It seems that I am now the villian and not a victim! You people are nuts!!! |

| I would also like to add that when purchasing online, one doesn't know who the breeder is so I had no way of researching this person or doing my "homework". Not until this referral came from the AKC did I complain about this breeder at all. I love my dog's, all 4 of them, and wouldn't do anything to put any of them in harms way. I care for my dogs as if they were my kids. I have one who requires 2 insulin shots a day, did I opt for putting her down???? No I pay for the insulin an the needles and continue to love and care for her. Don't judge me on your lack of understanding what you read. |
