First off what has been posted on a "message board" has been proven through authentic documentation that has been posted right here on YT. Secondly, a mistake is something you do once, maybe even twice or even three times but not something you've continually played a part in. And, it's also not a favor for a friend. Glenda may not run a puppymill but she is surely supplying a petstore with pups that originated from who? A reputable breeder? I'd be interested to see just where these pups originated from. I'd also be willing to place a bet on who the "Reputable Breeders" are that supply this pet store as well as others with their pups.
Elaine | Thank you Elaine for continuing to try. Unfortunately, some people will never get *it*, others don't won't to get *it* because they either have one of her dogs or are trying to get one of her dogs. They refuse to see it's not about her dogs, but her ethics. Quote:

What exactly did you know about her before the petstore stuff came out? I have a male from her who is beautiful and have seen several threads on here regarding her and her dogs and only seen positive things. I agree that the petstore stuff is horrible and after looking up more about it I'm guessing will not get another dog from her and stop recommending her if I find out its true but I'm very curious, before that what you had against her. | What I knew about Glenda:
One: before her show/breeder days she was a known high volume byb.
Two: her lack of responsibility for the liver shunt yorkie she sold, along with the sick Frenchie that she and her boyfriend sold.
Three: her documented shipping of numerous puppies to a pet store.
These are things I personally am aware of.
And Nancy, my goals in this thread are to try to help stop the puppy mill cycle which starts with those that sell to pet stores, and to let the truth be known about a breeder that has been highly recommended on this site and her lack of ethics as a breeder. It would be great if Glenda does change her practices as a result of this thread. |
