Hi everyone,
Some bad news today Anne with mypreciouspups just posted on kandie is having her first baby. Below is what she posted.

I had a rough night.. I lost my small boy..:( the last born.. went to the vet in my jammies.. but we could not save him.. he was fine when we went to bed last night..now I am timing the tiny girl on the teat..
I am so upset still..I do not know how this happened..but the vet says he had concerns on friday about his weight.. :eek:and seeming so small.. like crap why did you not say something to me then. anne

She has asked me to please post on the May thread to let everyone know. She is having trouble with the little girl also, she is not gaining. Could someone with more knowladge then I do Please...Help her.

Please everyone say your prayers for the remaining babies and for Anne and her family. I also read one of her friends lost her son in a drowing yesterday also. So we all need to keep her and her family in her prayers.

Chloe is still hanging in there...but it will be tonight I bet...she hasn't eaten a bite all day and she is still nesting and panting like crazy. ;)

So sorry to here about your little boy puppy. We will be praying for the little girl and for your friends family. I got an email from a friend of mine today and she lost her male puppy this weekend also. She had 2 girls and a boy that had to be delivered by the vet on the 21st. She doesn't know what happened to it. We will keep all the puppies in our prayers and the ones on the way.

Rose's temp is 97.5 this morning and she can't pee. The babies have dropped. No panting or restlessness yet. She just wants to sleep and watches my every move.

Now her temp is 98.6. I don't understand. No other signs.

Oh I am so happy for Chloe. I take it she had an easy, or at least an ok delivery. I have been praying so hard for all the mommies. Thanks for letting us know. :thumbup: Here's praying the little girls do good. :angel2dl:

most i have seen on here take an average of 45 minutes to an hour between pups....but some have them very very fast....try putting him to the teat.....he needs the colostrum....very good for him and helps mommy to contract

Thank you so much.. I need something to keep my mind occupied right now for sure.. and what is better then a whelping thread..

I will be checking in to see how things are going through out the night.. I want to spend time in kandies room laying on the bed and just watching tv and being in there with her also...anne
