| so forgive me i was just hoping to find someone who had gotten a puppy from her before i love HELEN TO DEATH andi agree that yes i asked for opinion and yes i am looking for "pet quality" but you all dont have to be so harsh. She loves her babies very much and when i get luna i know she will already be spoiled rotten. SO thanks for you opinions i will now ask admin to close this because some people dont think it was right of me to ask about another YT member

| I got my pup at 8 weeks and was so glad I did. I didn't miss the baby stuff. But she was really healthy, but tiny. I can see where breeders would let them go early to experienced/mature owners, and heaven knows they need a break sometime. Even if you only have 2 litters a year that's about what, 6 mos of intensive care for mom and babies? Has to be hard. One reason I haven't ever considered breeding as much as I love them - takes real organization as well as time. Pups a darling and parents/grownups are nice looking - that's what I'd think matters. |

| people ask "what do you think" about breeders all the time, i dont think it should be any different when asking abotu a member or a stranger....... why is one ok but not the other? as far as i am concerned, i didnt even know she was a member and with so many of us these days it is REALLY hard to keep track..... as long as the conversation is civil and not down right mean i dont see a problem with it (oh, and lets remember to point out the GOOD points as well as potential concerns)...... i would ask your opinion on a potential breeder i wanted to buy from wether they were part of this forum or not, i value everyones opinion and i dont think this is any different *by the way........ the puppies are cute ... i have only seen one ugly puppy (NO, this puppy's owner is not a member.lol..... but it was seriously the ugliest thing i have ever seen) |

| What makes things diffficult is when a post like this is made. We do not answer with a yes or a no if we no of any purchase. We start doing an evaluation of the person's Yorkshire Terriers. Well and Good. I have seen comments made by people who state the poor quality of the dogs on the website- and then I see a picture of their dogs and I do not see much differance in the qaulity of either. The old saying people who live in a glass house should not throw stones. Not every puppy on a website will be show quality- not every one wants show quality. Many of us do not take good pictures or have state of the art websites. I for one have several gals who hate to have their picture taken. One of my gals always looks like she just came off a week long bender. Get the camera out and she lays down and puts her ears back and snears. Never will get a good picture of her. We must be careful when we make these posts asking about other breeders. You could end up in the same position and may not like what you read. I would be very hurt and I am sure you would be also. |
