I thought she had a very nice web sight. In regard to quality
I thought the pups were precious and it's just my opinion of
course but it will never change that beauty is different in the
eye of each beholder.

The puppies are darling. Sometimes it isn't easy getting beautiful pictures of adults. They look like they have a good start in socialization and raised in the right manner to me.

WOW some have become so judgemental!!!!!!!!!

First....Yorkielovebug is a YT member!! have some respect for others as you would expect them to show you!

second she has three litters right now IF YOU ALL RECALL her friends DOG was killed and her mom took over the orphaned litter!

third Helen is a very seasoned breeder jsut because the adults are not in full coat and dressed to the nines does not mean her quality of breeding dog is poor! She is 72 years old you try to keep 10 dogs and three litters going at the same time and that age!

forth I in my spare time setting up her website so forgive me if there is something not there If some would read instead of looking at pictures her front page 30 years of show/breeding experience, some dogs do NOT show well in puppy cuts.

I am very sorry if members from YT have hurt your feelings. Sometimes we say things that come out in print and are harsh sounding and that was not our intent.

I have seen a lot of Yorkies on this site- some look better and others appear worse. It is a choice of the breeder as to the age of puppies when allowed to be adopted- I note that this breeder does state depending on the size. I also notice that a year health warranty is given. There a positive here. You as a potential client have to evaluate if the positives outweigh the negatives.

Do not judge folks by the standard of if they are members of YTCA or not. If I remeber correctly a short time ago a memeber of the YTCA was spoke of by members of this forum because of the poor conditions her dogs. If I am not mistaken Joan Gordon and Nancy Donavon are no longer members of YTCA.
They were pillars of the breed for many years. Is it nice to belong to YTCA- yes if that is what you want and you can meet the membership requirements.
Some very nice breeders choose not to belong to such organizations for their
own personal reasons.

Many of us myself included are not good and picture taking-also the amount of grooming that the dog has in the picture makes a world of differance. How many of us have a yorkie that is perfectly groomed 100% of the time?

I am sure that we have all seen the trash magazines or celebrity Tv shows that will show a super model or star who is not in the glamour mode and they look rather ordinary.

Maybe out of courtesy to fellow members we should come up with a different way to ask about each other. Maybe a pm should have been done. This could save a lot of hurt feelings and when help or encouragement is needed it could be done in a kind way.

Maybe we should have a thread in which each member who wants to be a breeder who lists puppies/adults for sale can list themselves and give a more detailed spec on themselves and the breeding program that they have- why they are breeding and what they hope the breeding program will acheive.

I agree. I agreed what was said in my quoted post. I was honest when I posted my opinion. Maybe sites shouldn't be asked about, because not everyone is going to sugar coat things and/or see the same things about sites.

This brings up a very good point. The question about this breeder and "what do you think" was posted in the Breeder Talk thread. Silly me - I thought an opinion from breeders was sought. Of course, the puppies are cute. Of course, YTCA membership does not guarantee anything. I thought a more critical opinion was being sought and that's all I offered.

A good dog is where you find it.
