He basically got a slap on the wrist. He was found guilty of 3 misdemeanors but those do not carry big jail sentences. So what's going to happen is this monster will maybe serve some jail time or not, who knows until sentencing next month. And then he'll lay low for a while because he knows he's in the spotlight. But eventually his sick nature will come out and he'll be on the prowl again for more innocent women who can't fight back.

My boss always says this ...

A painter paints!

A builder builds!

A rapist rapes!!!!

At least the next time this happens (and I'm positive there will be a next time, after all he already has 2 vicitims under his belt and god knows how many others there are that don't remember because they were too drugged or were just too terrified to come forth and admit what happened) there will be a judgment already against him and hopefully it will help prove that there is a sick pattern here of assault.

Oh my God. I am so incredibly sorry, Kathryn. I can't believe it. Your situation has truly been weighing on my mind lately, and I've been praying for you constantly. I can't believe this sick, disgusting man isn't getting what he deserves from the law. He will get what he deserves eventually, and hopefully before another woman is hurt. You're still my hero for being so brave.

Kathryn, I'm so sorry. This system of ours is so screwed up sometimes, and justice is NOT always served. I can't believe they let this sick and twisted man get away. It really angers me. You're in my prayers.

It's not over yet, until the sentencing. I'm hopeful that the Judge thinks otherwise and gives him the 5 years. Bottom line is that Kathryn called him on it and I'm proud of her. He will never work again as a nurse and this will follow him wherever he goes. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Plus there is still the civil suit. He lost his license 7 years ago and never should have been employed by the hospital. They are responsible for putting Kathryn in harms way by hiring this person without a thorough background check. Why was it that they didn't know about the 1999 allegations? or maybe they did but figured since nothing came of it... except he lost his license. How do you overlook something like that when you hire someone in that position and don't they have to renew them from time to time or something???

I could go on and on, but you get the idea.

ok guys... the media has a way of spining things... when that awful man was interviewed I'm sure his snake of a lawyer had not informed him that very birthday he will get to go down a re-register as a sex offender for the rest of his life! And that with that come plenty of restrictions as you can only begin to think about! Number one.... the single question on a job application.. Have you ever been convicted of a crime?_____ If yes, please explain__________.....

While he was found not guilty on two charges he was found guilty on three, he is a convicted sex offender and was found guilty of sexual battery, twice and battery once. those are the facts.

By my lawers advice I am not to coment on this but you guys know how I must be feeling.

The sentencing hearing is set for Jan 11th, I will be there to tell the judge why I think he should recieve the max allowable by law. He may not spend a whole lot of time in jail folks, but the life he will lead outside just may be worse. and with this comes years of probation as well.

Yes I was upset when I didn't realize what it all meant, but now that I understand.... Just you wait for Gloria's statement on this, I'm you will all be feeling much better!

And can I tell you that the verdict came in and by the time the info reached her, she was in London, it was 1am.... she picked up her phone and called me! Gloria Allred is the most compassionate woman I have ever known, I lover like a mother! She has been a rock for me throught this. God bless that woman!
