Plus there is still the civil suit. He lost his license 7 years ago and never should have been employed by the hospital. They are responsible for putting Kathryn in harms way by hiring this person without a thorough background check. Why was it that they didn't know about the 1999 allegations? or maybe they did but figured since nothing came of it... except he lost his license. How do you overlook something like that when you hire someone in that position and don't they have to renew them from time to time or something???
I could go on and on, but you get the idea.
