ok, ok, ok.... I'll wash the Pj's... but then I'm putting them right back on... its like having my hubby hold me all day long and it feels so good to be in them.

I take long hot baths every night and read my new found quilting mag "quilters home" Bet you all didn't know I quilted! lol. I also sleep most of the day hoping the time will past faster. This has consumed me... I really have nightmares about it. guilty or not and what I would do.

I know, with out a question, I'd bet my life on it! he is guilty. I'd bet the life of my children, he is guilty! If this man goes free it will be the biggest mistake the courts have ever made....

I'm just so scared. Scared cause i can't be there for the whole thing.

No whitnesses are excluded from the courtroom..... it could taint out testomey to hear other whitnesses testomoney... makes sense really, but it still pisses me off! LOL

She can't be there because she is a witness to the crime. ANYONE who testifies cannot be in there while other people are testifying. Kat's husband and I were not allowed in there while she was testifying and vice versa. When I testified, Kat and Brian (her hubby) had to remain outside and while Brian testified, Kat and I had to remain outside.

It really stinks. It's like the CRIMINAL has more rights than the victim. He can be in there for EVERYTHING.

But Kat has to be left in the dark. It's so upsetting.

Yes----it's a very upside down system for victims and needs to change!

I knew witness couldn't,I guess victim is a witness. How do you think the case is going agaisn't him at this point? Best of luck!

That doesn't make sense. The perpetrator gets to hear your testimony so he can adjust his, etc. That is not fair!

Is there not someone you can get to go to the trial and report back to you??

Don't I wish! IF I could be a fly on the wall I would be!!!!!!!!! Darn straight!

A friend of mone is watching the trial but has told me that she will only do so if I don;t harass her for details. Once its over we will sit down with a bottle of wine and shell spill it all. But like I said... not knowing is the hardest part. So here I sit in hubby's PJ's trying to occupy my time....

Thanks for the card Shanna And Kathryn... That was a wonderfull suprise! I needed that!

I feel like its BLACK ribbon week..... I'm not knwoing weather its the beginning or the end of my life here. One verdict can change my whole world.

Hey Kat - no matter what the verdict - for this kind of thing - you're in charge of your world. Don't let anyone hold that kind of power. You'll be just fine

Kathryn, I'm so sorry that you are going through this. You're in my prayers. No matter the verdict, justice will be served eventually. But you are the leader of your own life, this man can't control you. Hugs!

I just have to say that I don't know you but have followed your story a little bit and while I'm sorry this happened to you, I have to give you a lot of credit. It must take a great amount of courage to do what you're doing and no matter what else happens or how this turns out, you should be very proud of yourself. Hold your head high, you are not the one who has done wrong. I hope he gets sent away forever or at least a very long time!
