ok guys... the media has a way of spining things... when that awful man was interviewed I'm sure his snake of a lawyer had not informed him that very birthday he will get to go down a re-register as a sex offender for the rest of his life! And that with that come plenty of restrictions as you can only begin to think about! Number one.... the single question on a job application.. Have you ever been convicted of a crime?_____ If yes, please explain__________.....
While he was found not guilty on two charges he was found guilty on three, he is a convicted sex offender and was found guilty of sexual battery, twice and battery once. those are the facts.
By my lawers advice I am not to coment on this but you guys know how I must be feeling.
The sentencing hearing is set for Jan 11th, I will be there to tell the judge why I think he should recieve the max allowable by law. He may not spend a whole lot of time in jail folks, but the life he will lead outside just may be worse. and with this comes years of probation as well.
Yes I was upset when I didn't realize what it all meant, but now that I understand.... Just you wait for Gloria's statement on this, I'm you will all be feeling much better!
And can I tell you that the verdict came in and by the time the info reached her, she was in London, it was 1am.... she picked up her phone and called me! Gloria Allred is the most compassionate woman I have ever known, I lover like a mother! She has been a rock for me throught this. God bless that woman!
