Wanna fat smash with me?? After low carbing for so long, I feel like it's time to try something I little different. I have about 30 more pounds to lose and I've decided to try the Fat Smash diet that is used on the Celebrity Fit Club show. I think it will help me a lot, atleast I hope. There is a 9 day induction Cleansing phase that is very strict, as much fruits/veggies & beans/legumes as you want, a little oatmeal, tofu, brown rice, egg whites and yogurt (sounds exciting eh? ). I'm starting tomorrow, does anyone want to jump in with me? After 9 days you add in more foods like leans meats for the next 3 weeks then more foods after that. It's supposed to help you learn how to eat right for your lifetime. Last edited by chloeandj; 06-03-2007 at 02:52 PM.

It's a proven fact that diets don't work. Eat and drink anything you want, but key word to lose weight the right way is: MODERATION! You can also lose weight really fast by eating just fresh fruits and veggies, baked fish once a week with 1/2 baked potato, and drink only water or crystal light. No sodas, as it will actually put weight on or keep you from losing, even diet sodas. Also some exercise like swimming, fast walking for 3 miles, bike riding and such. Anything to get the heart rate up and break a good sweat. Coke will actually put weight on you even diet ones.

I am very much enjoying my day ACCEPT a terrible a headache because I have not had coffee today. I think I need to have some to get through the day, I really do want to give it up. I've been low carbing since october so today I really enjoyed my oatmeal and banana for breakfast!! WOO HOO I'm having brown rice and scrambled egg whites with green onions for dinner. I basically had veggies for lunch. I'm doing ok accept that you're supposed to do some kind of cardio for 30 minutes, 5 days a week, and with this headache, I don't think I'm doing it today. Bella's mommy, that sounds great. I'm going to cook up some soup tomorrow with cabbage and beans and veggies.

Well, I guess my hubby and two sons will get their payback then, I've certainly suffered enough through their gasses. Losing weight is not an easy task, and getting positive support is always nice.
