It's a proven fact that diets don't work. Eat and drink anything you want, but key word to lose weight the right way is: MODERATION!
You can also lose weight really fast by eating just fresh fruits and veggies, baked fish once a week with 1/2 baked potato, and drink only water or crystal light. No sodas, as it will actually put weight on or keep you from losing, even diet sodas. Also some exercise like swimming, fast walking for 3 miles, bike riding and such. Anything to get the heart rate up and break a good sweat. Coke will actually put weight on you even diet ones. |
