After low carbing for so long, I feel like it's time to try something I little different. I have about 30 more pounds to lose and I've decided to try the Fat Smash diet that is used on the Celebrity Fit Club show. I think it will help me a lot, atleast I hope.
There is a 9 day induction Cleansing phase that is very strict, as much fruits/veggies & beans/legumes as you want, a little oatmeal, tofu, brown rice, egg whites and yogurt (sounds exciting eh?

). I'm starting tomorrow, does anyone want to jump in with me?
After 9 days you add in more foods like leans meats for the next 3 weeks then more foods after that. It's supposed to help you learn how to eat right for your lifetime.
