| I'm eating... the BEST cheddar curds on earth! Grandpa used to get these around Christmas time when he would take a trip out to the cheese factory, but now they deliver to a little store by me! They are perfectly firm and "squeeky" when you eat them. I could just eat these everyday! I like them when they are just about room temperature for maximum squeekiness instead of ice cold out of the fridge. YUM!

| Isn't it great to get something that reminds you of times that bring back great memories like that? For me it's making and eating homemade ice cream and peanut butter balls. MMMM tasty and fun memories with grandma! I make the peanut butter balls with my kids now so I hope that's one of the memories they carry forward.

| That reminds me that I have get get my dads recipe for his homemade bread. He uses the same dough for bread, cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, and pigs in a blanket. It's sooooo good. He used to make it with his mom, and even though I didn't get to make it a lot with him when I was little, I could with my own kids!

| Cheddar curds are just the curds of cheese before they get pressed into a mold to form a block of cheddar. They aren't aged yet or anything. They look like very large cottage cheese curds, only they are orange like cheddar, and they are firm. When you eat them they are kinda squeeky, that part is harder to explain. They are so good. They don't leave a strong aftertaste in your mouth the way that regular cheese does.

| Cheddar curds sound yummy! When I was younger, me and my grandma would drive to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and buy them. The white ones were my favorite! Oh, I miss that so much. Maybe someday soon I will have to make that trip with my family.

| Hummmmm I love cheese, please send me some It is amazing how doing something as simple as eating a cheese curd can take you back to a "happy childhood place". Ok, so it won't be practical for you to send me some so please eat one or two for me. |
