the BEST cheddar curds on earth! Grandpa used to get these around Christmas time when he would take a trip out to the cheese factory, but now they deliver to a little store by me! They are perfectly firm and "squeeky" when you eat them. I could just eat these everyday! I like them when they are just about room temperature for maximum squeekiness instead of ice cold out of the fridge. YUM!
