| Owww Crest whitestrips! I have been doing the Crest Whitestrips routine for 2 days... and my teeth are SO sensitive now. I always have problems with bleaching. I bought some Orajel to put on them, but it's gone after about an hour. Anyone else have problems with teeth sensitivity and bleaching? |

| Me too. Icouldnt do them. ANd I already have sensitive teeth. The wierd thing is I did them over 3 years ago for my wedding and they worked really good and I dont rememeber having any problems. BUt I tried a month ago and it hurt too bad When I tried to wear them I would get shooting pains in my teeth area. LIke a nerve was hit or something. And it would continue thoughout the day. Not worth it I finally decided.

| Me too. I didn't have much of a problem while they were on, but I was in pain for the next couple of days. I even tried Sensodine toothpaste, hoping it would help and it didn't. I eventually gave the rest away because there were at least 5 days left of the Premium White Strips (7 days). I would love to get my teeth laser whitened, but I'm sure that's quite costly. |

| I tried this stuff and have experienced the same tooth sensitivity that you have. It is a bleaching agent, so it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. But the right way, would be a professional bleaching from your dentist. Unfortunately,..finding the time to do something like this...is an entirely different matter.... |

| I have sensetive teeth too.....and I can do them for a while but after a few days they hurt too bad to use the whitestrips anymore. I talked about this to my coworkers and ALL of them said it hurt after a while, but those with less sensetive teeth it took longer to start hurting. It's worth it for a few days that I can stand it, I think! I am pretty sure I can at least tell a slight difference.

| The bleeching actually makes your teeth more vulnerable to discoloring food and drink. So use it, then do a month on bread and water and you can eat normally again. Do not ruin your teeth with this c... Besides making them more vulnerable to food and drink colorings, it will tear away the enamel - and that means bad teeth for the rest of your life...

I am currently using a product from my dentist. I had the impressions made and the dentist made trays to fit my teeth. I was told to only do 1/2 the time the first few times and then start increasing. I have tried both ways and the entire time (4 hours) makes them too sensitive. So start slowly. Also my dentist recommended a sensitive toothpaste. Sensodyne or Creast also makes one. I found that taking a medication like you would for a headache helped. Aspirin is my choice. | |

| I am the wife of a dentist and I manage his two offices and we have the laser bleaching and the take home trays and there are things to do to make the teeth less sensitive and some procedures induce less sensitivity than others. The Zoom laser bleaching is the best we have found so far because it bleaches the teeth in less time (about 45 minutes) and it causes the least amount of sensitivity. If you brush with a desenstizing tooth paste for about two weeks BEFORE you bleach this should help as well as taking advil before the procedure. There are also "tricks" the dental assistant can do to decrease the sensitivity. I have very sensitive teeth and it was very painful when I used the Rembrandt laser whitiening, but I did the Zoom and had only minor discomfort. |

| I'm using them right now Ok well not at this very moment, but been using them for a week at this point...got the classic version. (My 10 yr HS reunion is sat ) I haven't had any problem though I haven't been using them 2x a day just once a day. My biggest thing is I feel like the are going to fall off every time I swallow
