I am currently using a product from my dentist. I had the impressions made and the dentist made trays to fit my teeth. I was told to only do 1/2 the time the first few times and then start increasing. I have tried both ways and the entire time (4 hours) makes them too sensitive. So start slowly. Also my dentist recommended a sensitive toothpaste. Sensodyne or Creast also makes one. I found that taking a medication like you would for a headache helped. Aspirin is my choice.
