I have sensetive teeth too.....and I can do them for a while but after a few days they hurt too bad to use the whitestrips anymore.
I talked about this to my coworkers and ALL of them said it hurt after a while, but those with less sensetive teeth it took longer to start hurting.
It's worth it for a few days that I can stand it, I think! I am pretty sure I can at least tell a slight difference.
