| would like your opinion Okay so i don't know if you have read my other thread about how my puppy can't stay with me at my apartment because they don't allow pets and I got caught after having hidden her for about a month...This is my first day without her and I cant handle it....I might just bring her back next week and try to hide her for 2 more weeks...I just don't know what they would say if I blatently broke the rules AGAIN after I was told that she needed to leave...I miss her SO much...I just don't know what will happen if I get caught again. ...

| My lease is up July 31 but I am moving home for the summer (I am a student at Pitt State University) so will only be here two weeks before I move home if I bring her back next week.

| You poor thing! I couldn't stand being separated from my baby either! Do you have a carrier for her...like a purse? I would think if you carried her in and out in that, that most would figure it to be a purse of bookbag. I feel so bad for you and hope you can figure out a way to have her with you! |

| I'm a rebel, always trying to beat the authorities, so I would say bring her back home! They don't have enough time to evict you! It takes at leat 30 days for an unlawful detainer action and you will be gone in two weeks so what can they do? I say, go for it! What harm is she doing? It's your baby and she deserves to be with you! They cannot take her or throw you in jail or anything! These are all civil matters, not criminal! PM me if you want more advice. |

| Hi, I agree that you should just keep her with you. But, be careful that you don't leave her in the apartment when you aren't there. Yes, they can't evict you, but what if they took her to the humane society or something. Even if it wasn't legal to do so, I could just see someone doing something like that. So, keep her with you at all times and I think she will be fine. If not, then just know that at least you know she is safe if she is with your parents. Keep us posted.... I'm sorry you are having to deal with this.

| Kim Kim..what does the law say about the landlord taking the pup out of the apt and taking it to the Humane Soc..can they ? That would be awful..sounds illegal, but people do mean things. Could they say it was barking and making a disturbance? |

| No, the landlord cannot enter an apartment without prior notice to you unless there is a life threatening emergency so it would be illegal for him to do that and take the dog, but, people don't always follow the law, so ...... |

| First I thought keep her there, but after reading the other post, I would hate if the landlord came in, even if it is illegal and took your baby when you were at class. Now if you never leave her there by herself, than I say go for it and keep her. I know you would die if anything happen to her. I bet your parents would love to have her with them. Good luck and do good on your finales lol

| It is day 2 without my baby and i am doing okay...I know she is having a GREAT time at home with my parents, my brother and their two dogs...I really want her to come back, but I wonder would it be selfish to bring her back here and hide her....if I brought her back i would get potty pads and keep her inside always, and she LOVES it outside. I feel like I am being selfish, at my parents she is outside with 2 other dogs and probably happier than if she had to stay inside here with me...plus I can't keep her with me at all times, but I don't think they would come into my apartment, first they give us 24 hour notice and they are searching today to make sure she is gone...so if i sneak her back in next weekend (when they are not in the office) then no one would no...i just want to do what is best for gracie
