I'm a rebel, always trying to beat the authorities, so I would say bring her back home! They don't have enough time to evict you! It takes at leat 30 days for an unlawful detainer action and you will be gone in two weeks so what can they do? I say, go for it! What harm is she doing? It's your baby and she deserves to be with you! They cannot take her or throw you in jail or anything! These are all civil matters, not criminal! PM me if you want more advice. |
