| Anyone have HomeAgain? I recently got my two microchipped and registered. I made an account, and it turns out you can only register one pet in an account (how much sense does that make)? I called about it and wasted 25 minutes while the lady went back and forth. She obviously had no idea what she was doing. I finally asked for a supervisor and she told me you had to make two separate accounts (with separate email addresses and passwords.. so confusing). Then, I looked on their website and it said you could combine accounts (I guess it was intended for like if someone adopted your dog and you transferred it to their name). So I call to do it (as the website tells you to) and the guy says he THINKS () you have to mail something in. I tell him how online it says to call and he tells me how it doesn't say that and how you can only mail it in with the request and a CHECK. I honestly think they must have the most illiterate employees (and that's really saying something cause I have dealt with A LOT of companies). I just had to vent about it.. I'm really stressed about the whole situation. I felt bad for getting the microchips in the first place because the entire thing has been a hassle (the vet who did them was a jerk, they seem to migrate and I can feel them (which might seem petty, but I still feel bad for them ), it was more expensive than I was told, the whole registration process has been a problem). Anyone else have HomeAgain? Is it a popular/good brand? How have your experiences been with them? |

| that's strange. I had my cat microchipped with home again recently and I wanted to register Lacy's AVID chip with them as well. The vet gave me two forms to fill out (one for each of the chips) and then they mailed them in for me with my payment to HomeAgain. A couple weeks later I saw that my check had been cashed so I got on their website and created an account where I put both of their chip numbers in and then typed all their info into the system. So I never had any problems like you did

| I have all three of our adult dogs chipped with PetWatch24. We had our littlest baby get out and she was found and taken to a vet that scaenned her and we got her back the next morning. It was the worst night of my life, but the happiest reunion. Thank you PetWatch24 and Little Hospital for returning Little Davie to us!! Hubby now calls her Dora the Explorer, but we watch her like a hawk when any door opens at our house.

| I had Chip microchipped at the Petco low cost vaccination clinic. It was $29 for the chip and an additional $17 for them to do the registration. The vet that did it was an old man and a bit shaky, luckily the assistant wasn't. I checked online and they did follow through with the registration. |

| I had Ava microchipped with home again about 2 months ago. I am having problems putting my vet's information on my account. You can't enter your own vet information, but have to choose it from a list. I did a search by office name and found it, so I selected that office. Well when it updated to my account, it's a vet located an 1 1/2 hours away, but the veterinarian's name is different. I have called home again to find out what to do. They directed me to call my vet to have the vet check out why they aren't in the system. I did and the vet doesn't understand why they are not listed as a member since they do use Home Again microchips. I gave them a few weeks to see if Home Again would update and the name would show up on the list, but still nothing. I typed an email to Home Again this morning, asking them to at least update my information, if I can't. The first thing I did when I got home after work was check, no reply. I have to bring Ava in to have the vet finishing pulling her baby teeth that didn't fall on their own. I plan on talking to them again about it. I definately want them to be contacted if she is lost and needs medical help. I have no problem with the chip moving, nor has Ava ever paid any attention to it. I don't think she even realizes that it is there. The vet implanted it between her shoulder blades and I fine I can hardly feel it anymore.
