that's strange. I had my cat microchipped with home again recently and I wanted to register Lacy's AVID chip with them as well. The vet gave me two forms to fill out (one for each of the chips) and then they mailed them in for me with my payment to HomeAgain. A couple weeks later I saw that my check had been cashed so I got on their website and created an account where I put both of their chip numbers in and then typed all their info into the system. So I never had any problems like you did
