| Does Fancy enjoy car rides, or is she nervous in the car? She may have motion sickness or she may be nervous. Does she ride in a car seat made for dogs? Often a car seat helps dogs overcome nervousness and stomach problems. Being able to see out the window or rest in a comfortable seat of their own is calming and reassuring.

| I seem to remember reading that a lot of puppies get car sick, but grow out of it. It has something to do with the development of the inner ear I think. If she's started again kind of out of the blue my 1st though would be an ear infection, or if she was grown when you got her and it seems to be seasonal maybe allergies since they screw up my ears too. |

| Peanut had really bad anxiety in the car.. he would pant, try to go back and forth and just not enjoy the ride.. Then we got him a booster car seat. He loves car rides now! The one I have looks like this.. You can find them online, they are called Pet Gear Booster Car Seats I put it in the back seat in the middle, you can also put it in the front seat. The back works better for me- I can just leave it back there and don't have to move it around if I have someone else in my car.

| this could be way out there, but the only time my one pup got sick was on a very hot day it was so hot that the air conditioner was having a hard time keeping the car cool. it's getting cooler out these days. are you putting the heat on in the car? i know if the heat is on a bit too high and i am a passenger in a car i can start to feel funky. if she is bundled up plus the car is warm, maybe that could make her feel unwell. maybe cracking the window for a little fresh air every once in awhile would help. |
