Does Fancy enjoy car rides, or is she nervous in the car? She may have motion sickness or she may be nervous.
Does she ride in a car seat made for dogs? Often a car seat helps dogs overcome nervousness and stomach problems. Being able to see out the window or rest in a comfortable seat of their own is calming and reassuring.
