| My boxer girl used to tear puppy pads to shreds when she was a baby. I bought this for her to hold the pads in place: Amazon.com: Iris 301551 Floor Protection Tray -... Sometimes she would still get them out, but it happened a lot less. Good Luck! |

| My puppy Rambo, is about 6 months and he was doing the same thing. I too bought a puppy pad holder frame from Petsmart & I love it. We usually give him the kitchen to play in while we are at work and he just pees & poops on the pad. But I noticed when we confine him in his playpen during the night, we would sometimes chewed on it. Maybe he is bored or stressed bc he is in his playpen. So we just give him a firm "no bite" and I will spray it with Bitter Yuck. |

| If you have any Bitter Apple spray, you can spray a little bit on the edges of the wee wee pads since they don't like the taste of it. That helped my pup when he started chewing the edges. Also, make sure he has enough toys that keep his attention to play with. |

| My Piper started to shred and chew her wee wee pads. I went out and bought the frame that holds the pads. It didn't work. She would dig and scratch the pads until they came out of the frame then she would shred and chew them up. Then I tried putting newspaper in the frame. That worked for a few days but then again she figured out how to dig, shred and mutilate the newspaper. I gave up and trained her to go outside. She was housebroken within 2 weeks. She was about 5 months old at the time.
