My Piper started to shred and chew her wee wee pads. I went out and bought the frame that holds the pads. It didn't work. She would dig and scratch the pads until they came out of the frame then she would shred and chew them up. Then I tried putting newspaper in the frame. That worked for a few days but then again she figured out how to dig, shred and mutilate the newspaper. I gave up and trained her to go outside. She was housebroken within 2 weeks. She was about 5 months old at the time.
