| Out of control Yorkie since we moved Our Yorkie has turned into a terror since we changed apartments 4 months ago. We are still in the same building but just moved to a bigger apartment I have always have had problems with his pottie training and barking but it was tolerable, since we have moved in to this bigger apartment, he pees in our bed and barks most of the day and at night too sometimes. We have 2 dogs. Yorkie and part miniature schnauzer mixed with "?" and they both sleep with us... they are inseparable. The schnauzer is 2 and the yorkie is 3. If nothing changes all I can think is to put a diaper on him at bedtime. Please help.. ! If we would have known we would have stated in the same apartment. Mimi. |

| Is he neutered? Could he be marking? Also, I would suggest using a spray bottle to stop him from barking.

| Out of control Yorkie since we moved I hope i am posting this correctly... ! I am not very good with message board Yes my little love buddie was neutered and we tried the citronella bottle around his neck but it was too big to spray correctly. I used to keep his coat long so the water bottle kept matting his hair... now I keep him in a puppy cut so maybe the water bottle would work for the barking. I have tried spraying vinegar on the mattress but it never help. |

I'm not to sure about him peeing in the bed. Maybe it would be best not to allow him in the bed unless you can watch him.

| Try crating the dogs at bedtime. Put a towel or sheet over the crate and say "lights out". The crate may give him a little more of a safe feeling in his new place. We did this from the beginning so we have no problem whenever we go on trips or stay at hotels. Although it was tempting, we did not allow our pup to sleep on the bed. Lots of good luck. I am sure everything will work out for you. |
