Our Yorkie has turned into a terror since we changed apartments 4 months ago. We are still in the same building but just moved to a bigger apartment

I have always have had problems with his pottie training and barking but it was tolerable, since we have moved in to this bigger apartment, he pees in our bed and barks most of the day and at night too sometimes. We have 2 dogs. Yorkie and part miniature schnauzer mixed with "?" and they both sleep with us... they are inseparable. The schnauzer is 2 and the yorkie is 3.

If nothing changes all I can think is to put a diaper on him at bedtime.
Please help.. ! If we would have known we would have stated in the same apartment.
