After more careful reading I saw that sign ups do close on the thirty first so I suppose we have a bit more time but then - you may begin shipping starts on April first and I don't remember how long it takes to get a buddy assignment but yikes! I'm a little nervous about my time frame! Then again I suppose I'm a bit of worry wort.

I noticed that maxs dad is often on the yt threads like word associTion and what did you just eat so I am thinking perhaps he decided he just didn't want to join? He also replied in another GE thread stating the cut off for sign ups so I'm pretty sure he has a handle on it... If he does participate I am sure he and max would be very fun buddies

Reading through past GE threads helped me get oriented to the level of fabulousness yt ge's are and...gulp, yes- nervous! But it was so much fun so worth it. Such a good community bonding experience and so fun to build a package for someone's sweet loved baby and of course so much fun to watch your own love open up her presents!! So excited....

you will do fine, but what helped me is looking through the various thank you threads, it will give you a sense of what people bought for their buddies and how they packaged them up. Without doing that I would have been totally clueless.

Hi Bob, I give you a lot of credit, my husband would never sign up for something that involved shopping, I wish he would take an interest, but then I don't want him to know how much I spend on Lola so perhaps it's a good thing

The rules say it can take up to 3 days to get our buddy. I have seen GEs where we get them quickly and I have seen some where it took slightly longer then the three days because someone's address wasn't showing up correctly so I try not to get my hopes up...and just check in a million times.
