My Mommy told Daddy that she's been surfin' all morning. I don't get it 'cause I thought my Mommy always, always tells the truth. She has been on her 'puter all morning and I know she didn't go surfin'. Course, I'm not sure what surfin' is but I think it has something to do with the oshun. We don't even have an oshun around here cause Daddy says we are landlocked.

I don't get that either. Sometimes I hear Mommy ask Daddy if the door is locked but how do you lock some land? Beats me. I'm just a little Yorkie barely born so I don't know some of these things but I tell you...sometimes all these words are just 'fusing.

And you know what else? I heard Mommy mumble she'd better rein it in before Daddy realizes she's gone overboard. I tell you there's no oshun around here! Where is she gonna go overboard at? It's a real puzzle.

Okay...I just looked and my Mommy? Well, she went to take a nap. She's old but still takes a nap. I laugh (but it's an inside laugh) 'cause while she naps, I get to play on the 'puter. Woo Hoo!

Here's a hint that may help. My Mommy says that my buddy's name has some bowels and constants. That's all she would tell me and I don't know come here from sic 'em what that clue means! I think it must be some kind of code....maybe it's a secret code.

I know she was telling Daddy she voted a bunch of times for the "chicken man" from America's Got Talent last night in case that means anything. She thinks he sings real good and he's from a town very close to where she taught for 30 years! I know she hopes he wins just because he's a good old boy. And you know what? They talked about this a long time so I'm thinking there may be a clue in there somewhere! Beats me though 'cause I'm just barely born. You guys will just have to figure it out!

I do know that Mommy says she's going to be real stingy with her clues this time. She said she burned too many bridges last time too soon or something like that. Don't tell anybody though 'cause I think burning bridges might me a crime! She tried to explain it to me but when she said you can't unscramble eggs, I just got hungry and forgot what we were talking about. Hmmmmmm...eggs!

Think I'll go check my bowl. Suddenly this paper sack I've been eating isn't quite as good as it was....hmmmm...I like eggs.

Ooooh! Oooooh! Oooooh, Bella! You gave me an idea.

I looked at Mommy with what she calls "big puppy-dog eyes" and got her to tell me something else.

She says that our SB is in the lower 48. I don't know 'xactly what that means except she said it would give it away to Miss Anne.

I don't know where the upper 48 might be or where this lower set is either! I just know I think my Mommy said she just knocked another person out of the running.

She's never going to make it, is she?

This is Taffy sneaking another quick click on Mommy's keyboard. (By the way, I don't know why I call her Mommy here...I don't call her that but it sorta fits here, don't you think?)

Anyway, I fine-a-lee got to hear a real clue from Mommy but I'm not sure I can spell all the words right.

Mommy says that some of the "babies' " (her word, not mine) names are long in the sign-up and I should just look at the main part. Trouble is, I think Mommy forgotted that I don't know how to read or even my letters. (I like to eat letters that Daddy brings in from outside but Mommy said she meant my A, B, C's when she told me she needs to teach me my letters.

Anyway, she read me all of the babies' names in the contest ('member her word, not mine...I know you're not a baby. I saw your frown and lost my train of thought. That's what Mommy says but I've never seen a choo choo train 'round here. I did see some tracks it left though!)

Well, back to the hint. She read all the names out loud for me to hear and then Mommy said something very, very in-ter-rest-ting. Mommy said that if you look at what the names are and shorten the ones that are several words long, my SB has the same number of sill-a-bulls as my name.
