| I listen to you and got a scale. The only problem is I don't know what was her weight when she was born However, today she weights 3.1 oz. What do you think? She is moving a lot, definately can get to her mom. She is just trying too hard to get the nipple at first. Then after she starts sucking she is doing great. She keeps her little feet on the side and presses for more milk .

| I'm very relieved to hear that things are going so well. Glad to hear the pup is moving around normally and able to nurse better now. For some reason I feel like I have to keep checking on your precious little puppy. Keep up the good work |

| Sounds good, you got scale and she is active. Just keep close eye on her and Mama, which you are doing. Enjoy her tiny cause she will grow so fast!! Great job!

| The scale was the only thing that gave me any piece of mind I was able to actually see she was getting enough milk. For the first two weeks I weighed her twice a day. Now I am down to once a day... now that she is weaning from mom (six weeks) I am keeping a closer eye because she has gone to puppy food. I am so glad she is doing well. Scout weighed 2.8 oz on day one and she gained on average a little less then 1/2 an oz a day. Sometimes a little more... sometimes a little less.

| Our new baby is very active and likes to cry. I had slipless night trying to make sure the puppy is nursing. I don't really know if she is getting enough because her weight didn't go up in two days. Baby was crying a lot at night and in the morning. I had to go to work today and my husband is taking care of Vicky and baby. He said they are fine...I called him like 1000 times today. It is really hard for me to do any work since I am thinking about my babies. I will update you asap.

| Thank you for updating. This pup stays on my mind quite a bit. I am quite concerned about her. I sure hope she starts gaining weight. I can only imagine how hard that had to have been for you leaving and going to work. What does Vicky do when the pup cries? Is she still paying a lot of attention to the pup and wanting to be with her all the time? I will continue to pray for her and look forward to your next update. |

| This is hard for me to say, but...if Vicky isn't being attentive to the pup (not wanting to feed or clean her) and tries to stay away from her quite a bit, then you will definetly need to see a vet for assistance. That is why I am asking certain questions. I can't tell you how much I hope this is a total success and that the pup thrives and is healthy. You haven't said or done anything to make me ask these questions, please know that. I think you are doing a great job. |

| Vicky is very attentive. She spends 99.9% with the baby. She doesn't even want to come out of the litter box to eat so I feed her. She cleans the baby, she is the best licker in the world and I've missed her morning kisses. I think she has enough milk for this little one. I don't have much experience with puppies but this one is very active, crawling around the box and onto her momma all the time. I think it should sleep more. Baby eats often so I just hope the weight gain will start soon.

| Day 6. We had another busy night. Baby was crying a lot since 2 am. Is it possible that she had tummy pain? She ate a lot and her tummy was really full. I didn't know what to do. I helped Vicky massaging the baby, it seemed like she was a little bit relieved when I was holding her tight next to mom. Still, there was whole lot of crying and she almost made me cry. She didn't want to nurse until 7 am. Since then she seems fine... eating and sleeping most of the time. She is still only 3.1 oz. My vet seen her and said everything is ok and I just have to make sure she nurses frequently. He suggested Nutri-Cal. I also got some formula or puppies but I don't know if this will do any good if Vicky has plenty of milk. What would you suggest? Some more pictures ... mommy even closed one eye for you
