There should be puppies by now at least 1. I hope all is going well for mother and pups. I'm so excited and worried at the same time.

Well, sadley I had to take her for c-section; an hour of sac
and pushing with no progress. We had 4; 3 girls and 1 boy
but one of the girls didnt make it. So Sad
1 4.5 girl
1 5.5 girl
1 5.5 boy
little one that didnt make it was 4.0 oz

Everyone seems fine, but Polly has to get the anethesia out
of her system. Poor thing! What we girls have to go thru!

CONGRATULATIONS on the new arrivals, I bet they are just darling!!! Can't wait to see the pictures.

and I'm so sorry one of the little girls didn't make it, so sad for you and the mommy.

Awe...I am so sorry that one didnt make it. As you know, we had 4 puppieson the 7th and I ALMOST lost one. Those are some big puppies! My 2 smallest are 2 oz! How is momma? Keep us posted!

All, Polly is nauseous from the anethesia and is not very interested
in feeding the babies...dang

I may be bottle feeding this litter...its going to be a long day!

I know this happens sometimes after a c-section;
wake up and these little kids crawling around! What the
heck happened while I napped????

My Ponytail Polly couldnt be a good Mom; apparently she was
very sick; I layed on the nearby sofa at 10-10:30 and went
to sleep, woke up at 12:45 and she was in the same position
as earlier...checked and she was not okay...something went
wrong. Her poor babies only have me for Mom now, I really dont
know if I can raise them from such a young age...could she have
bled to death internally? was it a reaction to the anethesia?
I just feel so bad as this breeding was my idea and it killed her.
I feel sick, I was almost mad at her for not taking to the babies
but she couldnt help it. I never imagined this could happen!!!
She could walk, drink water but refused food...I should have realized
something was wrong. I honestly think she died soon after I put the
babies on to eat. I was praising her and rubbing her, she just looked
up at me...it was a look for help and I didnt get it. Wish I knew what
caused this.
