 OH NO! She was too sick to be a Mom
My Ponytail Polly couldnt be a good Mom; apparently she was
very sick; I layed on the nearby sofa at 10-10:30 and went
to sleep, woke up at 12:45 and she was in the same position
as earlier...checked and she was not okay...something went
wrong. Her poor babies only have me for Mom now, I really dont
know if I can raise them from such a young age...could she have
bled to death internally? was it a reaction to the anethesia?
I just feel so bad as this breeding was my idea and it killed her.
I feel sick, I was almost mad at her for not taking to the babies
but she couldnt help it. I never imagined this could happen!!!
She could walk, drink water but refused food...I should have realized
something was wrong. I honestly think she died soon after I put the
babies on to eat. I was praising her and rubbing her, she just looked
up at me...it was a look for help and I didnt get it. Wish I knew what
caused this. |
