Is the mom eating a lot of food? Sometimes it takes a few days for the milk production to kick in. How big is the mom? I have a mom now feeding 6 pups and she has tons of milk but she is a 9 lb girl. When I have a litter with smaller pups I alway move the bigger pups off and make sure the little one get a chance to nurse. I hope things go well for you and your babies.

Angel weighed in today at 9 pds. I hope your right and it is just taking longer to come in. It is her first litter and all.

Hi, Pupps are doing well. smalest 2.9 oz and biggest 5.1 oz. I am supplimenting. Angel seems to be getting more milk slowly. She is on Nutripet, 1 tum a day and puppy suppliment as well.

So far so good.

Congrats on all 7 babies, 7 pups, 7 hours! When I first took a look at her belly I thought wow, she is going to have a lot! I hope all the little pups and Angel stay happy and healthy!

Hi, just a quick update. All pups are doing so much better than expected. Most have already doubled their bith weight. I have the biggest up to 7.1 oz and the smallest at 4.9 oz. Reallt good since they were at 2.7 - 4.5 last wednesday.

Hello All,

I can't believe it has been 5 weeks already. Where has the time gone???

All pups are doing well. Ranging now from 14.5 oz to 21 oz. Going to start being weaned off mom this week.

I'll post some more pics this week. Here is one, 1st taste of mushy food.What a mess that was! Mom enjoyed cleaning them up though.

Just got on this thread...wow I read every comment and I couldnt wait to get to the end and find out what was going on. everything you were describing about contractions and temps I was sitting here reading and answering the computer screen like you could hear me.....haha. anyways, seven pup WOW....congrats are they are so cute. The pic of the one pup with mushy food is just so adorable....haha. More pics, more pics....hehe. Adorable, and the Mom is so beautiful....best wishes to all of you guys. Frankie
