not yet. Weird, She isn't even panting or anything. Just lying around. Her temp is back up to 99.3.

I really thought this was the day. Temp went down to 97.7 ish at 3 am. She even vomited.

I am confused.

labor will start 12-24 hours after the initial temp drop!

just checked it. 98.3. She went out to pee and when she came in, she had thick discharge running out of her.. It was clear. I believe that is good. Also started having diarreah.

Wwoooow, she looks soooo ready, poor thing! It looks like perhaps 6 babies? I hope she does well, with you by her side and no complications, Amen.

Usually right before they start having puppies they will poop a lot. As the puppies move down the birth canal they put pressure on the colon. Vomiting before birth is also normal. I always give my girls a little Nutri-Cal if they start vomiting. I will be praying that all goes well for your girl. It looks like another long night.

I hear alot about Nutri-Cal. i am not sure what this is. As well as giving her vanilla ice cream. This is for calcium? What does it do? Can I give her vanilla yogurt instead as I do not have the other stuff.

We put a little light Karo syrup in their water, not a lot but enough to give them a little sugar! They need to keep their sugar levels and their calcium levels up during whelping in order for their natural oxytocin to work at its best!

It sounds like she is progressing normally, I would not leave her now and would get some sleep now, as she will probably decide to start labor late tonight or the wee hours of the morning. Best wishes!!!!
