| Can I have one of your puppys? In order to bump a post that is less than pleasing to me this is my question...Can I have one of your puppies? I can pay, and am willing to pay...I can pay more than most, but I want to pay the least amount for the best quality dog I can find....I want to save my money for things like college for my daughters and extras for any puppy we bring into our home. I have vet references, I have personal references...I live in a large home and am a stay at home mom with two very respectful children that would worship any dog we had here. Im knowladgable enough to realise that there can and will be medical issues with this breed of dog and Im willing to find and seek the best possible care reguardless of the cost. I can answer a very long application form and Im willing to wait over a year for the perfect dog .... Im a waiting list professional after our last and only dog at this point. Our new addition of a yorkie will be our last addition to our family and Im hoping for a long and happy life for the pup, there is nothing we wouldnt do for the well being of an animal in our house. This is what I require of you : The Breeder...... You must be honest about the Medical issues with your dogs. You have to provide me with updated medical records. You have to have the best interest of your female dogs at heart...no breeding babys before young adulthood. Your vet has to provide documentation that all pups have been checked. Your price on your pups has to be REASONABLE....I dont care how small the pup is ~ Im worried about health and quality...not size and prestige, and if your breeding for Tiny dogs....you need not reply, Im not interested in anything you have to offer. I expect you to ask me hard questions and I will provide documentation backing up what I tell you. I want you to be as comfortable as I will be when all is said and done. I will fly anywhere in the country to personally pick up this dog, I dont think shipping is the best transport for this breed....Id feel far better meeting the breeder in person and traveling home with our new family member on my lap than having then in cargo...although there are days Id like to stick my daughters in a crate and let them cool their jets for a bit....... I wondering If Im to harsh on my expectations.....and what I require. Im sure this turned many off...but we internet savy consumers...( gosh I hate that word when we are talking about a potential family member , and thats what they are in my view) Im really interested in seeing how many of you respond to my very demanding criteria~ and If ill find a match here.~ I really hope I do, please know I just have the best interest of any dog or puppy we bring home but I do think that breeders and "consumers" need to held accountable ...and need to be honest with each other. Please respond to my post here, rather than private message. I want to open this up to all here ...you seem so much like a family and Im sure there are many that will have questions that I havnt thought of.....think of it as a public adoption...this Pup will belong to all of us. Thanks in advance, thinking Ill recieve not one reply~ but Im keeping my fingers crossed I will. |

| Maxwell&me, Welcome to YT. I really don't think it is to much to ask. I don't think they are harsh questions at all. Your expections are very resonable. I have to tell you that I require references and I check them when I consider placing one of my pups in a forever home. As many hoops as the new owners ask of me I in return ask of them. I have refused people have been cursed at till flies won't land on me, but I think puppies have certain personalites and should be matched with the proper new potential owners. So some get angry when I turn them down flat.... I don't think it is important what style of home (a doublewide home or a Mansion) you live in as long as there is love, patience, & understanding of what a puppy brings, they are a lifetime commitment, not a convenience. So keep up you expectations and you will find the right breeder and the right puppy!!!! :Puppy:

| Hi and welcome to Yorkie talk! I am so glad you found us and I do not think your criteria are harsh at all, but rather necessary. You have specific things you are looking for and some breeders won't have the right dog for you, but there are lot who will and I am sure you will find the dog that is just right for you and your family and is within your budget. Good luck!! |

| This is exactly the sort of inquiry a good breeder hopes to recieve. I would be very pleased to have you apply for my waiting list...however, I think it would not be cost-effective for reasons of geography. A good quality pup should be available much closer to your area, and not require the additional expense of travel. Also, the definition of a 'reasonable' price varies by location, and I am not familiar with price ranges in your area, though I would imagine it to be a bit less than this one. The only breeder I have had personal contact with anywhere near Wisconsin is Susan Harasim of Stardust Yorkies in Clarendon Hills outside of Chicago (www.stardustyorkies.com ). Best of luck in your search. |

| Hi and welcome to YT. I hope you find your pup soon, one that will make you as happy, and bring as much to your family as mine has to me! I recall in my search I came across Stardust. They seem to have nice puppies. Good luck with your search. |

YT Addict | I have two beautiful males and a female for sale. I am taking them to the vet today for their second shots. I need to get more pics on here. My pups are twelve weeks old, I wanted to get $800 for the boys but I will take best offer not under $600 to a good home only. These babies have doll faces and beautiful coat. I haven't seen any puppies prettier. Their ears are standing, they are not going to be two lbs. They will be anywhere from 4 to 6 lbs. The girl is small and I will take $1000 for her or i will have to keep her. They are all akc and raised in my kitchen. Girl is almost completely broken from messing up her crate. Boys take longer. They do great during the day but at night make messes, but don't cry when they have to go in their crates. They are not from champian bloodlines but they are healthy adorable and just as good as anone elses as far as i'm concerned if you want a quality pet. I don't sell to cheap, because i live in the heart of puppy mills. Missouri! We have a lot of people buying dogs cheap and selling them to brokers for $500 a pup. They don't even check the background or where the puppy came from. Only want the pups at a early age and want them registered.I will have them weighed at the vets office today and let everyone know their weight. I will put up a new post this week and new pictures. My e-mail is sugar_522003@yahoo.com or charmin_46@yahoo.com. |

| Welcome to YorkieTalk! I hope you find just the right Yorkie baby .... we searched for months with the same expectation and committment as you. Our little girl is everything we wanted and more! Just like Sue said, "committment" .... you don't hear that word used often enough in regard to pets. Good luck in your search and I do hope you enjoy YT!!

Donating YT 14K Club Member | You have not asked the unexpected. When we sell our pups we have certain requirements so why not you. Good luck in your search. Gracie isn't due for another 10 days or else I'd help ya, too.
