| Or drive to Seatle and then fly to CA to pick him up. Jetblue is very reasonable and pets are $50 in the cabin... |

| I am sorry I haven't reponded to everyone, my cat got bit by a blackwidow and had to be put down last night, so I have been pretty upset, but I will try and respond to everyone. I am Located in Twentynine Palms California, it is a Marine corps Base town and about an hour away from Palm Springs. I don't want to just put him on the plane without seeing or meeting the person because I want to make sure he likes the person first. I am a very paranoid person, I see soo many people out here just dump their animals in the pound or pass them from home to home and I don't want that to happen to him. | I'm so sorry about your cat Briana. I hope you feel better soon. There is nothing wrong with wanting to meet your furbut's new family. I dont think thats being paranoid, that is being careful and you are doing what you have to do! About flying...at this point it just isnt an option, it isnt the cost at all, its the time it takes for me to do this. I dont fly well at all and that length of flight, there and back, will nearly kill me, lol Briana, I wish you lots of luck finding your Charlie his new home. It's hard to go wrong here on yorkietalk...there are a great bunch of people here! |

| Briana, another YTer just made a suggestion. If you are interested, and if you have the time, I could pay for you to fly in, if you are interested. I believe for flying between US and Canada right now you would need a passport though, if you dont have one I could fly you into Bellingham and meet you there??? Just a suggestion |

| I will have to talk to my hubby about that, we have a 2 year old daughter and he is in the military, so it might be hard for me to find child care while I am away.. do you know how long flights are out there? |

Hmmm...I'm not sure how long the flight is. If you tell me the airport code that you are closest to, I could look it up? | |
