I am sorry I haven't reponded to everyone, my cat got bit by a blackwidow and had to be put down last night, so I have been pretty upset, but I will try and respond to everyone.

I am Located in Twentynine Palms California, it is a Marine corps Base town and about an hour away from Palm Springs. I don't want to just put him on the plane without seeing or meeting the person because I want to make sure he likes the person first. I am a very paranoid person, I see soo many people out here just dump their animals in the pound or pass them from home to home and I don't want that to happen to him.
