First off I would like to apologize to Tammy for starting this thread. I am sorry for the heartache you have been through and did not mean to cause you more. The reason I started this thread was so more people could become educated when it comes to the yorkie breed. So more breeders would know health is the number one concern and everything else falls second, including color. There are some very passionate parti breeders who are going beyond the normal to make sure they are breeding health first. We should be telling them thank-you instead of ripping them apart! Everyone has a right to dream and everyone has a right to make their dreams come true!! |
Tammy...oh my, I am so very sorry for your loss. You deserve to find your happiness and live your dream, don't let anyone take that from you. I have more respect for you as a person, breeder and now friend then I do for many I've met in the show world. They all speak of their love and passion for the breed, but few have shown that to me as you have. Hugs to you, sweetie.♥ |
This thread literally caused me such anxiety throughout the day on Sunday, and then I came back on later in the evening and it truly made me ill. A select few sunk so low to be rude and hateful, and I was feeling so confused and hurt because of this. There were a number of things today that were well spoken and nice points, and I didn't post because I promised myself to stay out of this discussion. To cause Tammy such distress by continually attacking her is unfathomable to me. Just think of the feelings she must have been feeling to share such a painful, private moment in her life in such an open and public way. Does that make you feel proud to defend your position in such a way that you can hurt someone this badly? Anyone who cares enough to look beyond this parti debate knows how wonderful Tammy is. She never boasted about anything, but by reading her words as she spoke about Livi and her babies and also how she handled herself in her own breeding program, it became very apparent about Tammy's strong and impressive character. My own personal experiences with her revealed how loving and empathetic a person she is. I am very passionate about Yorkies, but I've also learned that I need to stop to make sure that I am conveying my ideas in a most respectful manner when I post. We don't have to agree on this, and you may even get angry about this issue, but there is no need to personally attack another person. The message never gets heard in the first place. On a different note, when someone posts and it is believed they are abusing an animal, many things get heated, and I understand when that gets out of control. I get very angry like the rest of the group. Still, I know I will get my message across to the OP a lot more if I remain civil to him/her. My heart breaks for Tammy because she was put in a position where she needed to defend herself. She told me about her baby when she was trying to help me with my own feelings of loss after Ashley passed away. She is such a sweet person who oozes goodness, and she used her own pain to help another. The word dishonorable could not be further from the truth about her. I think a lot of good came out of this thread, and in the end, that's what I wish to focus on here. I hope others have learned information here to help them draw their own conclusions. In addition, I hope people have learned because of this thread the need to treat others with respect and compassion. |

Her typo wasn't about the number, She typed "Franky is #1, How sad is that?" Then she quickly removed it and typed typo. Bluemoon Yorkies perhaps;) |

I will tell you right now, Elle....it's not a good idea to mock me! You see, unlike you, I didn't sell my soul to the "club", so I have no fear of speaking the truth! Quote:

Hopefully my last post on this thread. I did want to thank Donna, Gail and a couple of others (from the other side) for being so polite and respectful on this thread. You have proven it's possible to have a discussion/debate in a civil manner. Even in disagreement, you've remained respectful and mindful of others feelings, and I appreciate that. |

Not sure why you think this stuff happens in confirmation. But it's not sure. Nor is it okay for you to continue to say them without expecting someone to disagree with you. People work very hard to have good color in lines. I'm sorry you think everyone is cheating. It just isn't true. |
first i want to say Donna you have shown true compassion for both sides of this arguement.............Tammy im truely sorry for your loss..............for some others..........as my grand ma would have said...........shame on you..........you will get yours..........maybe not in this life........but you will trust me...........as for the dye stuff............it is true they dye.........i know people who admit it...........so yes SOME do cheat...........and it makes them the bad apple for these clubs............and the clubs instead of bettering (not sure that is a word...lol) themselves set out to attack each other.........yet another reason i dont belong to any club per say.............for as long as we live and im sure beyond our lives these debates will continue............we just have to agree to disagree....... both sides have already said.......they will not change their opinions or compassions for their views on the subject.......so in my opinion either come up with new information or the OP needs to have the discussion closed. |

Tammy I am so sorry for your loss. Please do not allow one person to push you away. What she says means nothing. You obviously are a strong person and have proven that time and again in your life I am sure. As my granddad told me many times and I am sure you have heard many times.. "You can't fix stupid". Those that chose not to learn and chose not to be civil have their place in hell. Hugs to you Tammy:hug: |

Where is your apology to Tammy for your rudeness to her? You definitely owe her one ! |
Closing this thread. To those who remained respectful during what is always a heated subject, thank you. |
