| Wow. I look at puppy sites often and I forget just how gorgeous a well bred yorkie can be. It makes me remember why I fell in love with them to begin with. Absolutely beautiful.

Of course the police really can't do anything and oh that insurance policy you pay on each month what a joke! They said they would call me back this morning so far nothing and I know its early but they told me I don't think we cover that. She said its basically a fire only since its a rental. OK why did I have to put up rail on the few lil front steps for a fire only policy! I am having a bad day. I have hotel reservations and plan to do entries as god knows I need out of this town for a nice breath of fresh air! I had planned to enter Diva but she has had a bit of a food allergy her front legs look a bit naked So it would be Toy and Thriller both males one yorkie and one maltese. Not sure yet I am going to get to make it but going to try. Just depends on this rental house nightmare. We wanted to sell it but it was the house me and my kids bought after my divorce from their dad back in the early 90's so sentimental reasons made me keep it. But the kids told me MOM its time to sell it Deana Prestigeous Yorkies | |

Oh no Deana...that is horrible!!! It seems to be happening more and more these days. Someone keeps doing this to area churches...so sad. I hope you get everything squared away and settled soon! I am sure a weekend away at the shows with your gorgeous boys would make you feel lots better!

| well my insurance agent got back with me and told me no sorry it won't cover but if it were wind, rain storm damage or oh yes the fire then yes but not for theft of pipes. And how long has it been vacant because VACANT HOUSE INS is VERY EXPENSIVE! I could here the chi ching in his voice as we spoke! OH give me a break. I told him WHY do I have to have a handrail on my lil steps he said because you do have liability coverage. I am getting ready to leave now and go to the property to clean up the mess and get an estimate on the repairs. I would rather go get buried in Yorkie kisses but that will be much needed later tonight Deana Prestigeous Yorkies |

| Well everyone the Habitat for humanity house in our town was also hit they stole the siding from that house here in town. I really hated to hear that, everyone has worked so hard for that family to have a house. |

| Deana - I am so sorry. I know how you feel. We use to own apartments and then also rented our house when we moved. Never again. What a hassel. I had one teannant (a girl) fell face down in my front ditch, drunk. I had a guy screaming for his firend at 3AM, since they had broken up and he was drunk and upset. One teannant ended up in jail and I had to package up all his belongings till he got out, but at least I found my bathing suit in his apartment while packing. Yep! It was strung up across the hallway on a line. Ugh! An then had one teanant leave owing us a ton of rent (our home we rented when we moved) and emptied all their saved up garbage (food trash too) all over the inside of my house. I was so disgusted and wanted to throw up while cleaning up all that trash! My brother had his first wife - took all the copper plumming out of their apartment when she left. That also included all lighting, a/c unit, everything that was not cemented in. It cost him a lot to repalce it. I am sure that is what you will be looking out. You could take them to small claims, but no guarantee you will actually see any of the money. A show sounds nice right about now - just get away and try to relax. Also - your baby is a doll! T. |

| Yep it is no fun with rental property. I have had a headache from this. Then I get a call from my daughter saying guess what happened? I thought OH NO what She told me she and my son and his girlfriend and her boyfriend was going to get their grammas van (my ex mom in law) and an older lady flagged them down and her husbands big mower had flipped over on him and he couldn't get up. He was not bleeding, he had landed on his shoulder and it was actually what was hurt but he was not able to get the mower off of him. This man had a shoulder replacement I had never heard of that. He didn't want an ambulance called he wanted help to get the mower off of him and then his wife took him to the VA hospital. Anyways this made me realize how great things are in my life, I have raised some wonderful kids. They are caring and compassionate. So that really took the stress off of my rental headaches and got me thru the day. It brought tears of joy to me. I am so proud of my three kids. It made me remember to stop and count my many blessings. Deana Prestigeous Yorkies |
