Yep it is no fun with rental property.
I have had a headache from this.
Then I get a call from my daughter saying guess what happened?
I thought OH NO what
She told me she and my son and his girlfriend and her boyfriend was going to get their grammas van (my ex mom in law)
and an older lady flagged them down and her husbands big mower had flipped over on him and he couldn't get up.
He was not bleeding, he had landed on his shoulder and it was actually what was hurt but he was not able to get the mower off of him. This man had a shoulder replacement I had never heard of that.
He didn't want an ambulance called he wanted help to get the mower off of him and then his wife took him to the VA hospital.
Anyways this made me realize how great things are in my life, I have raised some wonderful kids. They are caring and compassionate. So that really took the stress off of my rental headaches and got me thru the day.
It brought tears of joy to me. I am so proud of my three kids.
It made me remember to stop and count my many blessings.
