well my insurance agent got back with me and told me no sorry it won't cover but if it were wind, rain storm damage or oh yes the fire then yes but not for theft of pipes.
And how long has it been vacant because VACANT HOUSE INS is VERY EXPENSIVE! I could here the chi ching in his voice as we spoke!

I told him WHY do I have to have a handrail on my lil steps he said because you do have liability coverage.
I am getting ready to leave now and go to the property to clean up the mess and get an estimate on the repairs.
