| I have seen the point system breakdown before, it is interesting. I thank you for sharing it here. A Yorkie in a Snood huh...not sure I can picture that. I would love to see a picture of a yorkie in one...are you just putting the head coat in it? I do not think our boys would leave them on...Quaker rolls if you wrap his head, so we have to band it! LOL Such a booger!

| Oh you are just too cute!! I'll tell you, we'll just have to take a road trip and attend that Specialty in Ohio in July. Wonder if Carly will wait

| Thanks so much. I'd like to show her AKC but she has the slowest growing coat! She doesn't care much for showing. She moves like a dream but when she stops her tail drops as does her whole demeaner. It's like she realizes that everyone is looking at her and it makes her uncomfortable. I didn't get her until she was 7 1/2 months old and she was penned until that time. The breeder had been very ill and no one had worked with her. She's still very timid at 12 months old but I'm hoping that she will grow out of it a bit. She's out of excellent lines so if all else fails I should get a good show prospect or two out of her. Meanwhile she's a joy to have in my home as she's really very sweet, just shy.

I am grooming all the dogs today and will take pictures of them wth snoods as soon as I finish. They are simple to sew but they can be knitted and crocheted as well. I have crocheted one using a soft chenile yarn. Since my dogs only wear them to eat and drink, I don't worry about it breaking coat. They come in most handy at a show when you want to give your dog water before show. It helps to keep facial furnishings dry!

| Now if I could come up with an idea to keep my boy's coat out of the way while they pee before a show. No matter how hard I try they always seem to dribble on their coat! |

| I use soft hair ties, I forget what they are called but I've attached a pic of one, and band the hair loosely out of the way. I don't keep them in long, just for toilet breaks, and they are soft enough that they don't leave crinkles in the coat, or if they do if I've tied them tighter or left them in longer, they don't leave much so a quick brush out gets rid of them. |

| We're kinda like a storm but you've gotta love us! I'm presently looking for a stud for Carly if you haven't caught the undercurrent. She's Connor's neice and together they are my foundation so this is a very important decision. Laurie is helping by scouting as matchmaker. It's not just about Quaker though, I'd really like to meet you and your mother as well. Making new show friends is just so enjoyable and I think it's so cool that you are a mother and daughter team.

I will take a look at the schedule and see if we can plan a trip to the YT specialty or the UKC show.
