| ![]() So newest update..there will be another female needing rescue. I spoke personally with one of the homes a fellow breeder had lined up and the person decided they could not afford a dog right now when I explained the need for a spay, teeth cleaning, rabies, heartworm check and medicine and frontline. So as it stands there are 2 boys going to Yorkies, Inc., 2 girls to a foster here in Maine and then 2 girls still needing placement. I am standing firm on a strict spay within 45 days rule. As 2 of the girls may be coming into season according to the groomer lady Peg, I feel that 45 days is appropriate for those 2.

| ![]() I'm in Providence and also would be willing to transport at least partly into CT...like 1/2 way to NY .., Clinton outlets exit 63 which is about 1.5 hours from LI. The only issue for me is that it would have to be an evening or weekend. Also how many are there? I have a forerunner so can fit a bunch of babies.

No problem about the spay. We 100% require all of our dogs to be spayed/neutered before placement. | |

| ![]() I will check for microchips and if they are not done I will also microchip them to save cost for the rescues... I have about 6 spare chips so that would work. I will also put each ones info in a folder. The dogs all have colored ribbons and each will have a surrender form that I will make up generic and have him sign them over, copy of shots, and microchip info.... Also Peg says they all have names and the male owner will tell me them when he comes tonight and I will put that info in the folder also. This is my first rescue helping on this scale so if I am missing anything let me know??

| ![]() I truly appreciate all the help that is going on. Y911R can take these 2 remaining females into our rescue. We have a Foster Home in CT that can meet in the Hartford CT area on Saturday. I need to know if there is any other additional transport help in the MA, CT or RI area? Please PM me with your availability on Saturday (if you could suggest a mileage and/or time distance you are able to assist with that would greatly be appreciated ![]() |

| ![]() Yorkies Inc will be picking up the two males at the Fitchburg Dog Show on Saturday. We are planning to watch the Yorkies in the ring. They are suppose to go on at 2pm, but of course the day of they can be running late. From Fitchburg we will be heading to Taunton MA. We are willing to also take the two females and then meet someone on the way home back to Taunton. We also could meet in Attleboro MA if the transport is coming up from Rhode Island.

| ![]() I want to thank each and every one of you guys for all the help. I hope these babies find wonderful Furever homes like they deserve to have. I will be getting them this evening and will weigh them all, put belly bands on the boys, check for microchips and chip if needed, and get some pics if possible. Tomorrow the lady from up here will pick up 2 of the girls and then I will know which ones are left and email off the pics and start learning some personalities and working on potty pads. Word of caution also, the owners were feeding ole roy brand, the groomer has had them on Eagle pack holistic fish kind, and I feed Merrick. So there tummies may be upset along with the long trip from here to there. Hopefully with Thursday to Sat on the Merrick there will not be loose stool issues..but will do my best to keep them clean... And to the foster homes (if you come on here) you are awesome too!! ![]()
