| I just read this thread. I am so happy there are people like you to help Tiny!! ![]() The story made me cry, but I finished with happy tears... thank you for sharing! I don't understand why anyone would hurt any dog... they are all born to be there for us. I love my "pack" so much and they give me such happiness. I guess I will soon be the "dog" lady of my neighborhood lol

| YT 1000 Club Member | My heart is flowing over....I just love to hear about Tiny and how she is doing so great! I'm so glad you found her and the elderly lady took compassion to get her out of the cold so she could have her final days with you! I'm looking forward to more pictures of Tiny and hearing how she is doing. God Bless you!

| I just read the entire thread and was so happy to find a happy ending for Tiny! I just adopted a little one from a rescue and don't want to think of her past, she was found roaming the streets of Arkansas, I'm sure she was a puppy mill dog. Your story is an inspiration! To bad we don't all live closer, what a wonderful gathering we'd have with all the YT survivors! I know you'll have a very special holiday season with your new family!

| Senior Yorkie Talker | I am so glad to hear others adopting from rescue or shelters. I have had 4 very senior dogs I have adopted over the past 2 years, simply to make their final days and last memory something more than a cold shelter. Most did not live more than a few months, one only lived for 2 weeks. But, they were happy, spoiled and most of all very missed when they passed. It has been so rewarding to watch the sparkle return to Tiny's eyes. This was a little dog they thought was mostly blind and deaf in the shelter because she was so tired and defeated. Tiny can see everything and definitely knows when she is being called. The only thing I have given Tiny is a healthy diet, some companionship with the other furbies and lots of love. In return, she dances when I return home, keeps me company when doing my chores and reminds me every day the best gift one can give is not found in a box but in our hearts. Hugs, kisses and happy dances from Tiny! |

| Senior Yorkie Talker | Hello everyone! Just wanted to post an update on precious little Tiny. She is now home, has made her claim for her favorite bed next to the fireplace, and is one of the first to bark when someone is at the door. Her fur has all grown back now. She remains very healthy. She is next to me now. Just a few minutes ago, she gave me my first kiss from her ever. I am so grateful to everyone that has sent her best wishes, continues to follow her story and to those that helped her when she needed it most. I will post her holiday picture soon. Hugs and warm wishes from Tiny! |

| Senior Yorkie Talker | Happy New Year! Just wanted to update everyone about Tiny. First, thanks to everyone that has sent Tiny best wishes. Tiny is a happy girl. Today, she had a shampoo and blow dry. I could not believe how beautiful her coat has become. It is so soft, shiny and looks like it has silver threads. The only issue left with her is the growth on her foot. Leaving it is the lesser of two evils, but it with her severe luxating patellas in the rear legs, she really would not be able to have the stress of possibly losing a leg. As long as she is not in pain, all is good. I hope Tiny's story will encourage others to help a little one in need. She really has been very little extra cost or work. All Tiny needed was someone to love her. I don't know how long I will be blessed with Tiny, but I have not one regret. She has returned any kindness given to her with her sweet little dances. Thanks to everyone that follows her story. Tiny has traveled far and has finally found peace, love, pretty dresses and yummy meals! Happy New Year to everyone from precious Tiny! |
