| Need home in South Carolina A lady that has a yorkie just called me and said she has a puppy and this female yorkie is biting her pup. She said if she doesn't find a home she will put her down tomorrow. She is 3 1/2 yrs old I'm not sure how much she weighs but she has not been fixed. She is registered but owner will hold papers until she is fixed. Can anyone help? I just don't think I can handle a biter right now.

| I don't know this lady. I think she found out about me through mutual friend. She said that she is blind in one eye and that there is a spot on her back that the hair doesn't grow . I feel really bad for not taking her but my Bella is soooo sweet and timid. I would be afraid that if she bit her that it would change her in some way. I have no issues at all with Bella.

| I can help I live in Lexington County and just joined today because I needed to find some help with my senior 13 y/o yorkie girl I saved from the shelter in Anderson, SC. She just had all the rest of her teeth extracted and I am having a hard time finding something she will eat. - Any way I would love to give a home to this little girl in Aiken - It's not far from me at all. |

| I don't understand WHY so many people consider putting a dog down when those animals still have the potential for a good quality of life??? Would you put your children down? This baffles me beyond all measure. There are so many options. Many rescue organizations will take these pets, especially yorkies, who are always in demand regardless of health condition. It makes me soooo angry. What is wrong with people?

My Tahoe is 14 years old, so I know that this dog of hers has a long life ahead and her inconveniences don't warrant taking her dog's life away. Give the dog to someone else, but don't kill it as though your existence in its life is all that matters to this dog. Like I said, Tahoe is 14 and I adopted him at 10 years old. Had his previous owners considered euthanizing him as a viable option, I may not have been blessed with this *PERFECT* little boy and he would have been deprived of 4 + years of life and relationships (particularly with other dogs and three of my cats, one of whom is his best "buddy".)
