This isn't the first time I've heard bad things about them. It sucks that you had to go through this. I will never order from them, and I'll tell all my friends about it too.

OK, the only thing I order from them is the Merrick Flossies. So, where do you all get yours from?

Dog.com had them for $1.89 (saving a dollar a piece)

Yikes! I've never ordered from them and I sure won't start after how they treated you!! Bad customer service (when it is intentional) really frustrates me. I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

Wow.. and i was just thinking about ordering from them. Thanks.. now I know better. I've already had issues with Petco. (won't do that again.) Why are things so difficult.. especially when we're the ones sending them money? You'd think they'd do everything to make sure we got what we wanted. Sorry hun... thanks for the heads up!

I ordered many times from www.Dog.Com. Items such as squeak toys, personalized collars and leashes [they had the right size '3/8' inches (hard to find)] ...memory foam bed mattress for the playpen, I bought PROZYME supplement powder and it is so good for both Monday and Friday. I noticed a change in Monday's appetite rather rapidly. Bitter Apple deterrent, piddle pads, and other sundry items ...

I admit it does get pricey but then the free S&H kicks in. I ordered on a Monday and rec'd the package on a Friday ... with everything perfectly packed.

I also had a divine experience with www.PetEdge.com... they even let me keep a sweatshirt I had gotten too big at first and then they still sent the XS size free of charge (& NO S&H).

All in all, I found the customer service to be excellent at both places. So I urge many of you to find out first hand; you may be pleasantly surprised.

OMG, what a PAIN! I get sooo ticked at people like that. I have never ordered from dog.com, and after reading this I never will

We went through something very similar to this with Cingular with my husbands cell phone. Long story short, they promised me a $100 refund for SIX MONTHS (in 6 months time, I talked to them on the phone more than I care to count, OMG!

) anyway, they NEVER refunded my money....I was sOoOo
P!$$3D!!!!!!!!!

I don't think I have EVER chewed someone out that badly before - SERIOUSLY! I even chewed out the manager!!

I can't STAND companies this like! So anyway, I totally understand your frustration!

I agree with you. I have ordered from dog.com several times and have always gotten everything on time and in perfect condition. I think some just run into bad luck and also the customer service isn't the same everywhere.
Just like some have had trouble with petedge and some have never had any problems.

I am sorry you had to go through all of that to get your package, I would have been very angry as well not to mention that the person in customer service was rude which isn't necessary, you had every right to be upset.
