OMG, what a PAIN! I get sooo ticked at people like that. I have never ordered from dog.com, and after reading this I never will

We went through something very similar to this with Cingular with my husbands cell phone. Long story short, they promised me a $100 refund for SIX MONTHS (in 6 months time, I talked to them on the phone more than I care to count, OMG!

) anyway, they NEVER refunded my money....I was sOoOo
P!$$3D!!!!!!!!!

I don't think I have EVER chewed someone out that badly before - SERIOUSLY! I even chewed out the manager!!

I can't STAND companies this like! So anyway, I totally understand your frustration!
