All in all, I found the customer service to be excellent at both places. So I urge many of you to find out first hand; you may be pleasantly surprised.

I agree with you. I have ordered from dog.com several times and have always gotten everything on time and in perfect condition. I think some just run into bad luck and also the customer service isn't the same everywhere.
Just like some have had trouble with petedge and some have never had any problems.


I am sorry you had to go through all of that to get your package, I would have been very angry as well not to mention that the person in customer service was rude which isn't necessary, you had every right to be upset.
